Why RINGANA

Fresh, like food. Since 1996.

RINGANA began in 1996 in a small attic lab in Hartberg, a town in the Austrian region of Styria. Founders Andreas Wilfinger and Ulla Wannemacher asked a simple question. If the best food is fresh food, why should skincare sit on a shelf for years, kept stable by synthetic preservatives?

Their answer became the company's promise. RINGANA produces in small batches, ships directly to customers and prints an expiration date on every product. Freshness makes it possible to work with sensitive, antioxidant-rich plant ingredients while they are at their most effective.

Thirty years later, RINGANA is still led by its founder and still sold directly, never in stores. It reaches customers in nearly 40 countries. The next one is the United States.

    An attic lab in Hartberg

    Andreas Wilfinger and Ulla Wannemacher develop their first fresh formulas without synthetic preservatives.

    A castle for a headquarters

    RINGANA moves its headquarters into Schloss Hartberg.

  3. 2013

    Room to grow

    Production moves into a new 2,700 m² (29,000 sq ft) facility.

  4. 2016

    20 years, record year

    Revenue grows from €30 million to €40 million in a single year.

  5. 2019

    Past €100 million

    Revenue reaches €116 million, and construction begins on a new campus.

  6. 2021

    The RINGANA Campus opens

    Production, research, logistics and offices come together under green roofs in St. Johann in der Haide. Fresh production capacity: up to 30 tonnes a day.

  7. 2023–25

    Beyond Europe

    Mexico becomes the first market outside Europe in 2023, followed by Colombia and Turkey in 2025. Founder Andreas Wilfinger is honored at EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Austria 2024.

    30 years, nearly 40 countries

    Around €300 million in revenue and almost 1,000 employees. In June, RINGANA announces an $85 million investment in Roanoke, Virginia.

My Story

Hi, I'm [Your first name].

It all started with PCOS, a hormonal disorder. I had to change my entire lifestyle, and the right skincare was part of that. I was looking for products that are clean, fresh and free of hormones, and that support my body as well as they can. That search led me to RINGANA, and to Anna-Lena, who is still my mentor and a close friend today.

I kept getting more curious. Over the years I tried just about every product, fell in love with many of them and built my own routines. Eventually I decided to become a RINGANA partner, at first alongside my job as a teacher and my psychology studies.

In summer 2026, I put teaching on hold. Since then I've been a full-time RINGANA partner, focused on building our team in the U.S. I have always loved traveling, meeting new people, discovering other cultures and making connections. Building a team in America is a dream close to my heart, and now it's finally coming true.

I want to encourage people to dream big, to try something new and to step out of their comfort zone to build something of their own. Something that's yours, with a big, committed team behind you that supports each other and celebrates every success together.

That's my vision, and this is only the beginning. I'd love for you to be part of this journey.

What is RINGANA?

RINGANA is an Austrian company founded in 1996. It makes fresh skincare, dietary supplements and functional drinks without synthetic preservatives. The products are sold directly through independent partners and online, not in stores.

When does RINGANA launch in the U.S.?

Partner pre-registration opened on 10/01/2026. The official launch, with products available to customers, is on 11/02/2026. RINGANA's new U.S. headquarters is in Roanoke, Virginia.

Is this network marketing?

Yes. RINGANA uses a direct-selling model with independent partners. You earn commission on your customers' orders and, if you build a team, on your team's sales, according to RINGANA's compensation plan. There are no retail stores in between.

Do I have to buy inventory or order every month?

You don't need any inventory. Customers order directly from RINGANA through your personal link, and RINGANA ships the products fresh. I'll walk you through the official U.S. partner terms on our call.

How can I start, and what does it cost?

There are three ways to start: from the free Starter Set to the Business Booster to the Founder Bonus Set. On our intro call I'll show you what each one includes, based on RINGANA's official U.S. terms, so you can choose what fits you.

Am I joining RINGANA or Team Grow & Glow?

Both. You register as an independent partner with RINGANA. Team Grow & Glow is the team you join through me. Our training, calls, mentoring and materials are free for every member.

Do I need sales experience or a big following?

No. We teach you step by step. Many partners start with personal recommendations to friends and family. Social media helps, but you don't need it to begin.

How much time do I need?

You decide. Many partners start with a few hours a week alongside their job or family. As with any business, results depend on the time and consistency you put in.

How much can I earn?

That depends entirely on your own effort, skills and time, and no earnings are guaranteed. I'll explain RINGANA's compensation plan in detail so you can decide for yourself.
